These unique and interesting necklaces were made to complement the garnets in the little jars. About a year ago, my mom found a bag of dirt that was from a mining company of some sorts and knew that I like digging through dirt for precious stones like sapphires, so she gave it to me. I found a bunch of garnets in the process though I couldn't think of what to do with them. When I last went to the store for beading supplies, I saw the little jars and knew right away what to put in them. The colors of the necklaces were chosen to go with the colors of the garnets and glitter. These necklaces would be nice gifts and stocking stuffers for Christmas this year.
