Cancellations
I will cancel any orders you place if it fits within the 24-hour window of purchase. Once you’ve reached out, I’ll issue a refund if it’s within the 24-hr. window. After 24 hours, I won’t be able to cancel your order.
Privacy
Your information will be kept confidential, and I will only use your information for records. I will only use your email (if you want) for promotions, news, updates about your orders and overall new things about my business. You can opt-out of emails whenever you would like.

Returns/Exchanges
I accept returns and exchanges if buyers contact me 20 days of delivery and if it aligns with the conditions below:
-Buyer can return/exchange said item
-Buyer must return item within 25 days of delivery
-Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
-Buyer is responsible for loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition (Might be less of a refund, not being able to get an exchanged item that they wanted, or something else that comes up.)
If exchanging item, follow the conditions above along with ones below:
-Buyer must choose another item(s) of less or equal value of returning item
-Know that I won’t ship your chosen item(s) until I’ve received the item you’re returning
-If the returned item is damaged beyond repair, I may not be able send exchanged item to you. (Depends on the situation.)
